I bake this in large muffin cups on Sunday to have for breakfast all week long. Microwave 1-2 minutes and add almond milk. Yum!
You cannot even taste the greens in this smoothie. You can save a bunch of calories by using only 2 bananas.
I had a sample of a simple salad at Whole Foods one day. It consisted of Romaine Lettuce, fresh apple chunks, shredded parmesan cheese, and lime vinegrette. So, I decided to recreate the dressing. My husband and I are addicted to this. Originally, I did not add salt, but later did because it tasted flat without it.
To reduce the fat, put in less nuts and more oats.
There seemed to be more than enough sweetener. Next time I plan to extend the recipe with more oats.

These are a healthy and delicious way to start the day.
