This is a wrap with scrambled eggs, cheese and salsa in a flax whole grain tortilla. By substituting one of the scrambled eggs with an egg white, it gets rid of some of the cholesterol without making a big impact on taste.
Really fast and easy
I suggest replacing the waffles I've entered with whole-grain ones and possibly a fat-free yogurt. This is currently all that I have in my fridge so I wanted to know the nutrition facts.
