This is fairly low fat and low cal. It is also very good!
These cookies are really great! They are low fat, low cal and healthy. I substituted applesauce for oil and Splenda + molasses for the brown sugar. With a ton of oatmeal, they are very filling and make a great snack. These are also pretty low in sugar and would fit in well with a diabetic diet.
I kinda used bits and pieces from other recipes to create this one. It tastes really good and is pretty versatile! I also wanted to make a white chili in the slow cooker. I used bag beans to reduce the sodium.
