I put a card on the top and gave them to teachers , doctors , Sunday school class and holiday parties. No one can tell it's reduced in salt and sugar .
This tray is great for the football party , serve with chips or wings . Great with carrots and celery on the side . Sip up the dip in ten minutes let it sit for about twenty minutes . A dry package of Lipton onion soup mix with light sour cream . A great easy tray .

I love food , my hubby is a good cook but we watch it ! I was a pampered chef , I studied nutrition with Maya Adams M.D. from Stanford University. The course was excellent and available online . I am watching all calories and lost so much weight over time.
