I found this recipe on the Kraft site and omitted/changed a few things
modified recipe I found for chocolate cupcakes made with margarine and applesauce instead of butter and oil.
Just for my tracking purposes, my favourite lunch.

I found this in the Kraft magazine one day and my family loves it! It makes about 6 servings- or 3 of my husband's sized servings
I have a wonderful Aussie friend who introduced me to the pav, and I have modified a recipe to make smaller portion controlled ones.
I usually put a bit of cool whip and fresh fruit on top- raspberries are customary. ( Id id not include the toppings in calorie counts)
Mine made 10 using an ice cream scoop, but you may change the size depending on your preference.

I came across this smoothie on the Shape website a few years ago. i love it and it keeps me full!
The prep time is what I do at the beginning of each week- cutting up the fruit and freezing it in individual containers so that all I have to do in the morning is dump in the frozen fruits a bit of yogurt and the juice.
One of my morning smoothies, but my daughter always gets a third of it too.
