A yummy gluten free, dairy free casserole.
These are wonderful!
*If you're not vegan or dairy free, you can use 1 c. buttermilk in place of soy milk and vinegar. You can also use real butter instead of substitute.
Put this on a bun and add some coleslaw! Yum!
Low cal. and lots of veggies.
