Eyeballed portions. Made about 3/4 cup. Assuming each portion is less than a quarter. (I'm a slight dipper... not a scooper.)
I will play with it more next time. It was good but I feel like it needs something. Maybe no cuc next time?
Paired it with a Flat Out Light Italian Herb wrap that I popped in the microwave for about two minutes and then broke up into hard pieces so it was like chips. Wrap is not part of calorie calculations.
