Homemade Chicken Soup

Use an organic chicken, season it, roast it, strip off and separate meat from bones & fat. Discard skin & fat. Boil bones in water. Season with salt & pepper, Strain the bones and discard. Add veggies to broth. Cook until veggies are done.

3 Bean Chili with beef/turkey & beans

Homemade chili like Mom and Dad used to make. 1 cup is just enough or put 1/2 cup over an egg white omelete....yummmmm.
