These ribs are extra juicy and fall apart as you eat them. I like to leave them in the oven uncovered for about 20 minutes once they're done so they get nice & crispy.

This soup is hearty and has lots of veggies! it's the perfect, lazy, rainy day meal! This is not your typical "watery" soup. It's thick but it's perfect for refrigerating. The next day to re-heat, add water and seasonings to taste and it's like a regular soup. ENJOY!
