boil peas, barley, lentils until tender. Cut up veggies and boil until tender Add bouillion and Braggs and garlic powder if desired. Add hydrated TVP.
Please note that the egg roll wrappers I use are found at Asian markets and are only 20 calories each. I have never found these in regular grocery stores. They come in packs of 25 wrappers.
