I started making these when I was doing Weight Watchers. At the time they were free, they have changed their program so they may be one point now. I think they are great without the fat.
I got this off another recipe website. I didn't have a 8 in square pan so I used a 5x9 in loaf. If took much much longer that way. about an hour or more
This is a revised recipe of Banana Raisin Muffins but with 200 calories and less than a gram of fat ( original recipe has 276.5 cal and 9.5 fat!)
These are really good but you can make them with different types of seasoning.
This is a lower fat version of baked spaghetti.
This dip is great it only has a Weight Watchers' Point value of 1 point per serving.
