makes (2) 9" loaf pans
Can make a glaze (optional) and pour on bread while it is still hot.
NOTE: glaze is NOT factored into nutritional value!
1/4 cup butter, 1 1/2 cup confectioners sugar & 1 tsp vanilla. Mix together and pour over bread while still hot.
normally I would use fat free chicken stock but didn't have any on hand and had to use bouillon cubes which are MEGA high in sodium. Modify recipe as needed...
Also I usually use boneless skinless chicken breast but didn't have any on hand so made do with drumsticks.
makes 2 loafs
mix dry ingredients together. Then mix wet together and combine.
I used about 1T and 1/2T of Penzey's "cake spice." But if you don't have any then try adding cinnamon, nutmeg and allspice.
Use the following ingredients and follow directions on brownie mix
