A lot of good calories and fat. I usually make this for lunch on a busy day, it keeps me full for a long time and I have a light low carb meat and veggie breakfast and dinner. The coconut milk and Almond butter really made this smoothie high in calories but they are so good for you - who cares!!
This is really good, I know it is high in fat but it is low in carbs, which is my main diet.

This is very spicy.... you will need lots of water in your cup and pobably some ice when you eat it. You know what they say about spicy foods though, they speed your metabolism up so I figured this chili will sweat the fat away!!

I love this recipe, I made this up to flavor up some chicken and eat it al the time since I have been dieting. It is so good! I hope you all think so too! I like this the best with the chicken cooked on the grill but you can do whatever method you like to cook the chicken.
This is a recipe I have made up because I love black beans and I love Chili. I saw a recipe a ong time ago with ro-tel in it and it sounded so good, so i stole that idea! It is not a super thick chili but that is how I like it!
This all in one meal is so good and you can make it into two tacos per person or a taco slad. The shells that I used I found in a Super Wal-Mart and they are really low carb.
I made this recipe up because I love smoothies in the morning but I didnt want to waste my dairy on yogurt for the smoothie (I try to only have one serving of dairy a day and i like cheese... a lot). This counts for one fruit serving and it is a pretty great drink for the mornings!
I made this experimenting. I like my ranch runny and not too powerful. I made this and I love it, the best part about it, is that it is not bad for you, only 30 Calories for 2 Tbsp. This way you can use a little extra if you want!
These are realy delicious, especially with a slice of 2% pepperjack cheese on them!
