This is a recipe my stepmom taught me when I was young. It does make a lot so if you don't use that much salsa I would maybe cut the recipe in half or just can what will not be used immediately. Also, the longer the salsa sits the more flavor it develops (including hotness), so if it's too hot when you make it originally it will get hotter. You can put all ingredients in a blender or food processor if you like less chunky salsa.
Super quick and easy to make. I usually make this for my boyfriend and I, and we have plenty for left overs for lunch.
