I just crush the chips, drain and clean the beans, chop the veggies, nd put it in a food processer but you can mash the beans with a fork and stir it all till combined. Then divide into 5 balls and cook i Nvmd a skillet with olive oil nonstick spray until it looks burnt, may need more chips if its falling apart.

This was modified from the driscoll's recipe to be lower in fat. Delicious and wholesome way to get what you need in the morning. Not super low in fat but one bar will definitely give you the boost you need. haven't found a good substitute for the oil otherwise I would cut down the fat substantially. If you find a good substitute please let me know.
This is a modified version of the chobani's champions recipe. Its amazing and takes less than an hour.
