Faux-Indian: Mushroom-Green peas Masala!

This is based off Indian cuisine. You can eat this with rice or naan (Indian flatbread) or just by itself like a stew. You can increase the water content and make it like a soupier stew! Versatile and tasty! (Well, at least, I think it's tasty, haha!)
