Being one of 5 girls, my family did a lot of cooking economically. This one fit the bill perfectly.
I add in veggies to my taco meat, as a way to add fiber and trick the kids... :) Don't forget, this recipe does NOT include the taco cheese you may add, or the taco shells/ tortillas to put the meat into. but my kids LOVE these, and like I said, veggies included! :) The servings in the recipe builder were guestimated. I am not sure specifically how many servings... But I always use 2 lbs of ground turkey as a way to spreading the recipe to a couple of days per week for those late-work days when something quick is needed.
