My Grandmother made Sherbet with Kool-Aid all the time when I was a kid. I recently decided to tweek it ...using my yogurt and Jello. The trick is to whip the jello after it has clilled to egg white consistency...then add koolaid and yogurt. It has little fat and little sugar.
