This is my mother's creation and we always just called it "blueberry stuff". It makes a wonderful dessert for a summer dinner party, but is just as good in the morning for breakfast!

Warm and filling for a cold day.
Made with low carb wraps and light cottage cheese and sour cream. They are a little time consuming to make due to the individual wrapping, but well worth it. Serve with a nice spinach salad. Yum!
