Low/No Calorie Soups with low sodium make a great base for an EXCEPTIONAL soup or stew. Great time saver! (If you do have the time, would be better to make the base from scratch and save on sodium.)
Add some pop to frozen items and sneak in veggies for kids or grown-ups! Perfect to spruce up leftovers or freezer burned shrimp, LOL! Can be made vegetarian with substitute noted at the end of instructions.
