I prepare in the slow cooker for a really easy dinner. Perfect on a hot day - no heating up the kitchen :~}
This is the most basic recipe. I often throw in veggies like onion, green pepper, zucchini, and corn.

I use ground turkey instead of ground beef AND this recipe is tripled for 12 servings (large family). You can use 1 can of bread dough and cut the recipe by 2/3 to make just 4 servings.
This is a base template, I will add the additional ingredients each time I make an omelet to calculate the total calories, etc.

this is adapted from another SparkRecipe. I think the calories are way off on the other recipe so I added it myself and found it to be 200 MORE calories than they reported it to be. I also used ground turkey instead of hamburger
Just something I put together to be quick and use up some things I had in the house. Could use more "creamy-ness" but didn't want to add calories with more cheese or sour cream.
