I eat this salad as a meal at lunch/dinner. Half the serving if eating with another meal (e.g. soup). Check out the selenium content!
I use this before an early morning workout. I usually pack the cottage cheese separately, mix the cinnamon & nuts & chopped apple & then mix just before eating.
