An easy lunch for one. Can be made even healthier with low fat feta and using chicken breast instead of chicken thigh. (Use thighs to keep things cheap.) Tzatziki sauce is not included in the recipe because its not on the sparkpeople ingredients list. 2 Tbsp= 50 calories. 1 Tbsp should be enough.
