Sheri's Vegetarian Chili

I'm no vegetarian but with cost of meat on the rise, I looked for ways to get my protein in less expensive ways. I tried this and am addicted to eating it at least once per week. It is simple with a maximum of 5 or 6 items. Full of protein, iron and a world of nutirition with a satisfying taste.
