Shrimp Cheviche

This is my all time favorite dish from Peru!I skipped the time consuming step of having to cook the shrimp in lemon/lime juice and used already cooked shrimp- but you won't be able to taste the difference- and wil love the fact you can make this in minutes rather than hours. Also don't let the fat content alarm you- it's all from olive oil so you get a good dose of healthy omega 3! Because this is a cold recipe- you can also substitute flaxseed or any

Whole wheat turkey lasagne

Easy to bake a lasagne tha tastes and looks as good as the full fat version but with about 200 calories per serving. Best of all- you DON'T have to cook the noodles ahead of time! And it's LOADED with 20 grams protein per serving.

oriental cole slaw

Fast easy and YUMMY!

Triple-protein 3-cheese but low-fat & low-carb French Onion Soup

Did you know that a single serving of french onopn soup at a restaurant normally has between 800 to 1200 calories and a WHOPPING 60 grams of fat? I was HORRIFIED when i did the math and realized this fact. So here is a pared down version that ups the protein so you feel fuller longer and cuts the fat while still allowing you to have all the gooey yumminess of real french onion soup. This IS rather high in the sodium so I would not recommend for those on heart restricted diets- but of you are watching fat and carbs then this is for YOU!

Blue Crab Cheese Dip

Nothing beats this hot dip as a crowd pleaser on a cold winter night. Set up near fireplace- even on the hearth- and you won't even have a crumb left! It has all the texture and taste of the regular dip with a fraction of the calories. Double this and freeze the second portion to use later!

turkey gnocchi divan

This is a healthy and super quick and easy take on the classic chicken divan.

greek Shrimp in Foil Packets

This is a super and quick and beautiful meal- and no one would believe how easy it actually is. It may seem overly high in sodium and fat-- But it's actually loaded with healthy omega fats and protein. It does run a little high in sodium and I would not make this for anyone on a heart restricted diet. But don't let the 14 grams of fat put you off- it a good fat. And I promise this will impress your guests!
