Mix well and divide into 4 portions in muffin tins and bake for 350 for 20 minutes or until done.

Server one portion with a tossed salad on the side. If you need to, use extra lettuce as a filler if you seem hungry for any reason (one serving of vegetable).

Refrigerate the other 3 portions for later in the week. Easy to freeze and warm up.
