I doubled this and baked it in a springform pan so cooked it a little longer. I also added chopped almonds on the top - it added a crunch. Definitely does not taste like low carb and a cross between pumpkin pie and cheesecake.
Plan starting this at least a day before you need it
This is a quick refreshing dessert/snack. You do not whip the cream just fold it into the cream cheese and jello mixture. It also doubles easily. I have also substituted half and half for the light cream with good results to further reduce the calories to 92 per serving
