DAY 2: Sauerkraut Apple Quesadillas

This combination may seem unusual—until you try it. The sweet-tartness of the apple, creaminess of the cheese and bite of the sauerkraut work together beautifully in this easy hot sandwich. Serve with oven-roasted potatoes or a green salad.
Suitable for my ALCAT eating plan Day 2 (of 4) rotation .

DAY 4: Nutty Nutmeg Orange/Lemon Pumpkin Muffins

Made to correlate with my ALCAT eating plan based on my own blood reactions to foods. It is part of a 4 Day Rotation Eating Plan. Please adapt to your own nutritional needs. Cinnamon would probably taste better, but that is listed for me on DAY 2, not DAT 4. Darn! And I might even use cinnamon even if it the "wrong " day. I adapt this eating plan. Most likely it won't matter. I am not allergic, "just" sensitive to certain foods.
