Tender breaded all white meat chicken breast, cabbage slaw mix, cashew sauce, cashews and scallions wrapped in a fresh flour tortilla *I'm using Banquet's popcorn chicken to save on the time it would take to cut up, bread, and cook the chicken breast. This is NOT what Quincy Magoo's does!
I was able to use my mom's recipe for spaghetti and make it a little more healthy. I substituted ground beef with ground turkey and chose the whole wheat spaghetti noodles instead of white. To lower the sodium, I used garlic powder instead of garlic salt and to lower it even more, you could use sodium free tomato sauce.
