My sister gave me a recipe and I made it healthier.
I make this for BBQ's all the time. There is never any left (ya might want to scale it down a bit though, for smaller groups). This recipe makes for a drier salad than most pasta salads, which means less calories and fat, right???
I had this at a bbq and it was wonderful. I would like to add some frozen peas to it next time.
A recipe my sister gave to me out of an English cookbook. I used half and half instead of heavy whipping cream and I also used country crock instead of butter.

This isn't low-fat, but the use of Splenda does bring down the calories...It's a very moist bread. Great to take to potlucks or office parties.
I make this for the preschool that I work for...it is yummy, but high in calories. I modified a Martha Stewart banana muffin recipe.
While trying to get more protein in my diet without the added fat (or a lot of extra calories) I came up with this...it's very tasty and satisfying.
