So sorry I had mostly done it to work out the calorie content... But here it is better version.
You can use whole wheat tortilla wraps in place of the pita bread.
Makes about 16 (1 Per serving)
Makes 24 (1/2 cup servings)
Quick and easy Stir fry... Feel free to change the veg to what ever you have.
This is a south african fav that I have changed a little. Hope some people try it out. I find it to be great my husband and kids love it.
