16 oz Beef, 90% Lean Ground Beef from Sirloin
2 link, 4/lb Italian Sausage, pork
0.5 can (6 oz) Tomato Paste
Lasagna using eggplant and zucchini layered like noodles
What happens when I had a pineapple and strawberries to use...and a freshly fired up grill. :)

I omitted the shrimp, as I don't like it, but the original recipe calls for 1/2 lb small, shelled, cooked shrimp.

Being that it's just me here at the house, and a whole lasagna is way over kill, I made these and froze them into little individual servings, two to a package, so I can just bake them and go!
So named becuase they're served without tortillas!
