Recently having been diagnosed with celiac disease, I really wanted to create a cookie recipe for when I need a sweet, instead of buying the really expensive dough from the supermarket. These are fantastic!
Trying to use up some coconut milk and came up with this heavenly popsicle!
Adapted from the EatingWell.com Web site using the foods I had on hand.
Easy, cheap and homemade!
Threw this together tonight, it is delicious and good for you! (though not for those on a low sodium diet)
From Dr. Gourmet Web site for those taking Coumadin and need a low vitamin-K diet.
I made some zucchini muffins from an old cook book that didn't have the nutritional info listed. After I ate two yesterday and two today, now its time to track it. Oh no! I wish I never ate these! But they were very delicious...
It's starting to get chilly out, and I wanted to curl up under a blanket and eat stew! Here's a recipe I just threw together.
Trying to use up some Rhubarb that is taking up tons of room in my freezer! Paired it with what I had in the fridge, a couple Nectarines. Delicious!
Found this recipe on epicurious.com for a potluck I went to this weekend. Their recipe also calls for cumin, but I was out of that spice and didn't add it. Turned out delicious and those who have never had couscous before loved it!
My neighbor just gave me a ton of rhubarb from his garden! Here's an easy, seasonal, good for you, yummy dessert for spring!
Threw a bunch of things together last night for a snack and it turned out pretty well!
A delicious recipe adapted from a Better Homes and Gardens Online recipe to make it an entree instead of a side dish.
Adapted from a Rachel Ray recipe, still working on it!
