Here pears are roasted to sweet perfection with butternut squash and pureed to create a creamy soup that . You can serve this as a first course or with a salad for a light autumn supper.
I use this to add to beans and soups for added flavor. It's great on it's own too. You could add any spices that you enjoy as well.
