Just put whatever veggies you have on hand. Add a packet of beef stew seasoning, toss in the crock pot and go!
Using soup mix to make this soup makes seasoning easy.
This chili takes about 15 minutes to prepare. You can then simmer it for 3 or 4 hours on the stove, or toss it into the crockpot and let it cook all day.
Almost all of the ingredients are in your pantry now.
So good, you don't have to eat anything else.
A good way to use leftover pork or any leftover meat. Can be used for breakfast or dinner, or wrap in a tortilla for a breakfast burrito.
