This is very quickly recorded here. I'll come back and leave better instructions when I can. However you need to be able to adjust the food layout to work with your container. (This is my first bento, I am in no way an expert)
While playing around trying to emulate a green bean dish at a local eatery, I created this green bean dish. It turned out so much better! Makes approximately 6, 1/2c servings.
A crispy chicken with a slight spicy tang. Nutritional information is for 1oz.
While at a party, I tried a mud-pie dessert. While it was very tastey, where I live in Florida there is no 'dirt'. We sure have plenty of sand though.
A spinoff I tried from my green been casserole recipe.
5 1 c servings
Light, versatile and very tastey salad. Can be topped with a little cheese, or yogurt. It is also delightful with a little light italian dressing added to it. Can be served over rice or shredded lettuce. It can also serve as a sandwich filler.
Suggested toppings and sides not calculated into the nutritional info.
Cheesy Chicken meal that is prepaired in minutes. Courtesy of Campbells with a few small changes.
I used full fat cheese in this recipe, but low fat could easily be substituted.

This is a recipe I took from a pasta box an altered it slightly. :) I hope you enjoy!
A lower fat version of a restaurant favorite.
This it not my recipe. It appeared originally here http://allrecipes.com/Recipe/Restaurant-St
yle-Zuppa-Toscana/Detail.aspx. This is my attempt to lower the fat content using coments by users who have tried it, and my own playing around in the kitchen.
This is not spicy like the restaurant version. If you want to add the spice you can add red pepper flakes to taste.
The cooking time reflects the fact I did not need to cook the sausage first.
