Traditional Chili (Slow Cooker Recipe)

I love slow cooker recipes. If you don't have time to hang around the stove, set this chili on LOW in your slow cooker and head off to work. It will be all ready and flavorful by the time you get home.

Homemade Ceasar Dressing

Another recipe. Use low fat mayo and low sodium worcestershire sauce for a healthy dressing. Tastes great!

Smoked Turkey and Avocado Melt

This is a great sandwich for carb contious dieters. I used Arnold's 12 grain bread here. Works great with any whole grain bread.

Roasted Garlic and Peppers Hummus

A twist to the South Beach Diet version. Tasty with vegetable sticks if you're watching your carbs. Works well with cucumber slices, celery sticks and carrot sticks. If you're adventurous, try it with zuchinni slices or yellow squash. Very tasty!

Bridget's Thousand Island Dressing

This was a recipe. I used low fat/low calorie mayonnaise and discarded the yolks from the hard boiled egg to make better for weight management. I no longer buy salad dressings from the grocery store.
