Sweetp's healthy berry smoothie

4 oz. of 35 calorie almond milk or skim milk
1 cup water
2 oz. of orange/pineapple juice
1/2 cup of frozen strawberries
1/2 cup of frozen blueberries
1/2 pk of crystal lite wild strawberry energy artificial flavoring
1 cup ice

Stewed White Potatoes

6 medium white potates(diced)
Water to cover potatoes
Salt and Pepper to taste
2 tbsp Fleischmann's made with olive oil and sea salt vegetable oil spread( or butter
2 tbsp constarch to thicken(if needed)
