Quick and easy protein drink.
Note: Calories broken down: banana - about 108 calories (according to SP), protein powder has about 70 calories per scoop (used one), the carnation instant breakfast has about 130 calories per five ounces, and the peanut butter has about 190 calories per 2 Tbsp.
The finished drink makes about 14 ounces. I use this as only one serving, but you could make it about 2 servings (add more ice).
This is how I make mine...feel free to use ice cubes, or frozen yogurt in place of the ice cream...use the protein powder or not, it's just an idea. Change anything to make it yours!
