Packed with nutrition, this Quiche is wonderful for Breakfast, Lunch or Dinner. Serve with Sliced tomatoes or pears in light sauce.
On a side note, you might want to refer to it as "casserole" when you tell your husband what you're cooking for dinner. Mine wouldn't have anything to do with "Quiche".
This is a super easy family dinner. A serving size is large enough to satisfy, but low cal enough to "fit."
