This new concoction is my new pre-exercise meal It's great for your skin, hair, and eyes. The flax seed have the Omega 3's for the heart and lungs. The coconut oil boost the immune system. This smoothie is a replacement for lunch. If you think you're deficient in vitamin A and E make this two times a week. Don't go over board on the carrot or you'll be orange. This is not a low fat smoothie so don't make it if you are watching your fat intake.
