Yummy way to get protein, fiber, and tons of vitamins/minerals! The original recipe came from BH&G "Eat Well & Lose Weight" special edition magazine. The dietitian side in me wanted to amp up the protein so I added my fave protein powder.
I won my husband's heart with this recipe!
Got this recipe from "Cooking for Two" magazine (Winter 2009). Changed a few things around to make the recipe lower in fat and calories.
