Place mushrooms, onion, garlic and oil in a pot and cook until mushrooms are considerably reduced at aprox med heat. Add wine and continue for another 1/2 hour. Add broth and simmer for 3 to 3 1/2hours. Allow to cool overnight and put into a blender.. blend on high for aprox 2 min. Heat and serve. And for those that do not struggle with your weight...you can add a spoon of sour cream.
