Easier than it looks to fix! Easy, low cal, fast, filling meal and sooooo delicious!
I adapted the recipe from one of Rosie Daily's I got out of one of her cookbooks. I can have this cooked and on the table in 30 minutes plus the short marinating time. It makes four serving which I can freeze for later use. My teen loves this and ask for it often! The Nurtritional info at the right is incorrect because I couldn't enter correct ingredients, but I have correct cal. and fat info below.
