This "bread" is dense and delish the recipe renders about 12 slices if baked in a loaf pan.
Half a slice is plenty for a tasty treat which would be about 90 calories
or bake in mini-muffin tin to make 24 which would be 90 calories each.

Freezing indivdual slices makes it easy to stick to one treat at a time

Good little snack or breakfast for all phases.

For phase 2 & 3 you can add about 1 tsp of old fashion oats to the muffin cup for a nice chewy texture almost like potatoes.

Pioneer Woman Jalapeno Popper

To make this more diet friendly I cut 1 strip of THIN bacon into thirds to wrap my poppers.
I used the low fat cream cheese ever so sparingly
These are GOOD, I LOVE jalapeno anything

Miracle Muffin

Rich in vitamin A & low on glycemic index

Not sure why these are a miracle but they helped me lose weight, I used them as breakfast & snacks. They are very dense and filling really tames hunger.

If you don't like the taste of molasses then sub 3/4 cup Agave Nectar for the Molasses & Honey or don't make them because you will not like them. Kids will not like these atleast mine did not.

Freeze unused portions
