6 - 12 inch crepes = 109 calories
Fiber Protein Cookie for my "Cookie Diet"
This "bread" is dense and delish the recipe renders about 12 slices if baked in a loaf pan.
Half a slice is plenty for a tasty treat which would be about 90 calories
or bake in mini-muffin tin to make 24 which would be 90 calories each.
Freezing indivdual slices makes it easy to stick to one treat at a time
This is like alfredo to me
Servings are based on dividing breasts in half

Personal note: Using organic virgin Coconut oil in place of butter, really helps curb appetite in my own experience of eating these "cookies", amazing Coconut oil who knew?

FYI: Extra Virgin Coconut Oil - the body does not store this medium chain fatty acid as fat - rather the body uses it for energy among many other health benefits and has been known to curb appetite, Google it. : )

For phase 2 & 3 you can add about 1 tsp of old fashion oats to the muffin cup for a nice chewy texture almost like potatoes.

Good little snack choice with the health benefit of fiber and protein, each "cookie" is under 100 calories.
Spicey & Savory Sauce for Enchildas, Tamales, Over Eggs, Beans, Rice, Tacos, Pot Roast , ect.
Not added to calorie count but a variation for a very special sauce secret: add a pinch of cinnamon, 1/4 tsp unsweetened cocoa powder or square of your favorite extra dark chocolate
Any dried chile will work however the flavor and heat will vary

To make this more diet friendly I cut 1 strip of THIN bacon into thirds to wrap my poppers.
I used the low fat cream cheese ever so sparingly
These are GOOD, I LOVE jalapeno anything

Rich in vitamin A & low on glycemic index
Not sure why these are a miracle but they helped me lose weight, I used them as breakfast & snacks. They are very dense and filling really tames hunger.
If you don't like the taste of molasses then sub 3/4 cup Agave Nectar for the Molasses & Honey or don't make them because you will not like them. Kids will not like these atleast mine did not.
Freeze unused portions
