I LOVE LOVE LOVE Drew's All Natural Organic salsa, and I've been trying to replicate it for quite some time. I finally came up with a recipe (by combining many different ones) that is very similar in taste and just as delicious!
Hummus with walnuts instead of sesame seeds (tahini).
the buttery flavor of yukon gold potatoes mashed with cauliflower and butter beans makes a creamy, nutritious side dish!
I use half cauliflower and half potatoes to make this potato salad lower carb than normal, but it still has the filling and delicious properties of potatoes!
These seem time consuming, but with a little planning ahead the sprouting can be done in a day or two and then you're ready to make your crackers! These are great, but they're even better if you add some garlic or other seasonings to your liking.

I don't eat mayonnaise much because it makes my skin break out, so I make my tuna salad with mustard instead. Comes out even better than regular tuna salad, in my opinion!
You could also dehydrate 2 bananas, chopped into pieces, and do the same thing, but I like them fresh/frozen rather than dried better.

A quick, easy, and delicious salmon that is steamed on a bed of fresh spinach. The mayonnaise sauce acts as a tartar sauce, and is optional. If you decide not to use the mayonnaise sauce, use more garlic and more Italian seasoning on the fish.

This recipe works great with any type of bean. Beans can be soaked overnight, the water drained and changed and the beans will last for approximately 10 days in the refrigerator. The soaked, yet uncooked beans, can also be frozen so they are ready to use another day. It takes about 1/2 cup of dried beans to make 1 cup of soaked beans.

I was out of tahini but I wanted hummus really bad so here's what I came up with. I use sesame oil instead of olive just to get that hint of sesame flavor you'd miss from the tahini.
Took a basic recipe for a granola bar and changed it quiet a bit to make it healthy - that is the good thing about making these granola bars, you donâ€™t always have to add the same dried fruits/nuts. You could always change it based on what is available in your pantry or what suits your mood

This recipe is modified from the cracker recipe in "The World's Oldest Health Plan". These are really yummy spread with spicy mustard or hummus!
It is impossible to find a more spartan cracker than Norwegian Flatbread. It can be made with only rye flour, salt, and water, but adding a pureed vegetable, such as potatoes, increases the nutritive value and adds subtle flavor. This flatbread is excellent with mild cheeses.
