Chicken Pot Pie with Whole Wheat Crust

Homemade chicken pot pie with whole wheat crust. Serve smaller portions with steamed veggies or a salad on the side, or use larger portions.

I cut this into 12 servings because I have a family of 6, but you could change it to 8 or 10 for larger servings (see adjustments below recipe instructions).

Potato Soup

This nutrition-packed soup takes some time to make, but the taste and nutritional value are worth it. Eat a cup as a side or 2 cups for a full meal. Packaged chicken broth will add sodium.
