i plan to experiment with sweetened FF cream cheese as a filling, too. The fruit dip was what i had on hand. Top these to your liking. i love blueberries, bananas, and almonds on top!
Great as an appetizer of side dish. Use any combo of veggies and season to your personal taste.

Omitting the cheese will reduce the fat and sodium. Try substituting with fat-free cheddar for less spice.
This makes a big serving. The Fat looks high, but the majority of that is heart-healthy monounsaturated fats!
A healthy weekend breakfast treat! The ricotta can be replaced with 2 Tbsp. fat-free cream cheese. Splenda can be omitted if you prefer a not-so-sweet spread.
