Fat Free and fast as making a bowl of oatmeal! This is an adaptation of granny's recipe. It can be baked in the oven for 45 min to an hour or you can pop it in the microwave! It doesn't brown nicely, but it tastes pretty close.
Classic meatloaf with Bbq sauce/ teriyaki sauce/ ranch dressing OR honey mustard. Choose your delight!
Leftover hamburgers or meatloaf in marinara served over spaghetti
Leftovers all cooked in beef broth
Take your leftover rice and chicken, pork or beef, then any veggies you have leftover or canned or fresh and fry it all in light margarine. I know Blue Bonnet says it's not ideal for baking or frying, but it does well enough.
