Oatmeal Raisin Cookies

Simply one of the healthiest and best cookie recipes I've ever found!!! Substitute sugars with Splenda, 2 eggs for 3 egg whites, and 1/2 c. applesauce for the butter and it's just as tasty with none of the "bad stuff!"

Macaroni and Cheese for Adults

This grown up's baked macaroni and cheese is loaded with veggies and is a favorite of both adults and kids! It's great for a pot luck and loved by many of our friends!

Penne Lasagna Style

All the taste of Lasagna without the heavy calories. If you can find whole wheat lasagna noodles, you could use those and make "real" lasagna instead! Also, omit the red meat or all the meat in order to have a healthier dish!
